Booking & Appointment Policy • Payment Policy: Payments are CASH or ZELLE ONLY. • Deposit Requirement: A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go towards your remaining balance. • Clean Lashes Policy: Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. This means NO mascara, strip/cluster lash glue, or other eye makeup on your lashes. If you arrive with cluster glue still on your lashes, you will be asked to reschedule and a new deposit will be required. • Cancellation / Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 30% cancellation fee and may result in booking restrictions. • Late Arrival: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies. • 15-Minute Policy: Once you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled—no exceptions. You will be charged a no-show fee, and your deposit will be forfeited. • No-Shows: No-shows without notice will result in loss of your deposit and may lead to booking restrictions or being banned from future bookings. Refund & Correction Policy • Corrections: If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact me within 48 hours for any necessary corrections. • Refunds: NO REFUNDS will be issued for any service. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24-48 hours in advance, otherwise, a 30% fee will apply, if not the client may be BANNED from booking future appointments.
