Booking & Appointment Policy * Deposit Requirement: $10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure the appointment. * Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made 24-48 hours in advance, otherwise, a %15 fee may apply, if not client may be BANNED from booking future appointments. * Late Arrival: If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late to their appointment, a $10 late fee will be charged. * Beyond 10 Minutes: If the client arrives after the scheduled appointment time and more than 10 minutes late, may cause in cancellation and the $10 late fee will STILL apply. * No-Show Policy: No-shows without notifying may result in loss of deposit. Refund or Correction Policy * Corrections: If a client is dissatisfied with their service, they should NOTIFY me within 48 hours for any necessary corrections. * Refunds: No REFUNDS will be given for any service,but corrections can be made.Business Hours
