Booking & Appointment Policy • Payment Policy: All payments are CASH ONLY. If cash is not available, Apple Pay or Cash App will be accepted with an additional $2 transfer fee. • Deposit Requirement: A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure the appointment. • Cancellation / Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made 24–48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 30% cancellation fee, and clients may be restricted from future bookings. • Late Arrival: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply. • 15-Minute Policy: Once 15 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically canceled with no exceptions. I take clients back-to-back, and late arrivals disrupt my scheduled timeframe. The late fee will still apply, and the deposit will be forfeited. • No-Show Policy: No-shows without notice will result in loss of deposit and may lead to booking restrictions. Refund & Correction Policy • Corrections: If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify me within 48 hours for any necessary corrections. • Refunds: No refunds will be issued for any service. Cancellation Policy
